Brief de Design Graphique

I need a better traffic light graphic designed for insertion onto a report. I will upload a copy of the report so you can see what I mean. The design should be single fronted (not the traffic light hoods on the two sides) but really needs to be modern ans pop.

I need 3 designs, one with the red light glowing, one with the orange light glowing and one with the green light glowing. When the lights are glowing you must still be able to see the other colours but not illuminated.
