Brief de Design Emballage

We are a wholesaler of retail packaging. We sell packaging to stores boutiques and retailers. We stock many different styles of bags for customers to use at point of purchase. We would like to have a design for a shopping bag that would be printed on paper shopping bags and plastic shopping bags that would represent "shopping" for wide segment of retail stores. The print would be generic enough to a ladies boutique, men's boutique , gift shop etc.
it would be sold on our website and in cash and carry stores to smaller retailers that do not have enough transactions to do a custom bag with their logo on it. The Bag, can also have a blank area on it for post print that a store logo could be added but this is not a requirement. It must be 3 colors or less and would be great if it could easily be printed in different color ways for seasonality.
our bags run in sizes form 5 x 3 x 8, paper shoppers to 16 x 6 x 18 paper shoppers and plastic bags from 9 x 12 to 20 x 23 x 4.
Please see the attached file of a previous bag . it must represent the action of "SHOPPING" or the idea of "SHOPPING" not just be a design for a shopping bag.
