Brief de Design Illustration
I need an illustration for the launch of my new website and print materials for my photography business, Debbie Fear Photography. I offer unique, heartfelt photography of people in love - eg, new babies, kids and families, and weddings and engagements. My work has a very original, artistic feel and my business is based on connecting meaningfully with my clients. I need the illustrations to fit around the attached mockup of the website homepage - the main illustration will sit as a flourish on either side of the logo above the main menu, with a related element to be used in place of the heart in the attached mockup, and another related element to be placed at the bottom of the web page. The illustrations need to tone with the existing colour scheme but additional colours would be welcome. The final design should communicate love and family and home - for example it could include children playing or cuddling a pet, some natural elements like a tree, grass or flowers, and something that says home such a fence or swing would be all welcome inclusions. The illustrations should be in the style of line and watercolor. Examples of work that I would like this to be inspired by can be found here http://www.annawalker.com.au/#demo-blog-post I don't require a full illustration with backgrounds and skies painted in... they can be with white or transparent backgrounds.

but I don't require this amount of coverage with my design. Just an element to act as a flourish around the logo; another element that can be used in place of the heart on post headers (quite small); and then an illustration to extend across the footer area which may include glass, a few flowers, etc.

There seems to be some confusion about the illustration to sit near the logo. To clarify, what I'm after for this area of my site is an illustration that can be used as part of the logo, not part of the header. Ideally then it would be a simple flourish that can either be placed to the left of the font, or under the wording in the logo. I don't have a specific object in mind for the flourish because it really depends on the other two illustrations on the website - they need to tie in together. As examples though, it could be botanical (leaves, florals - such as in this example http://annawalkerillustration.tumblr.com/post/86775328288/enough-blue-sky-cards-available-at) or it could be something natural like a feather or bird, or something that represents family like a string of bunting, or a branch.
