Do you need your name in the logo?

I don''t need my name in the logo, but would be nice to have Change My Eating, Inc in the logo.
Looking for clean, modern, black and white.
What about using block for CHANGE and fill it will muted colors that have the illusion it is changing?
My Eating can just be in a nice black and white font.
I would like a business card as well - but first a logo.
