I need this design to be able to be given to my website designers to code onto a wordpress site.

The scope of this project is only for the design / layout of the home page- but must be fit to work on wordpress site that is mobile compatible

I will also be needing ongoing work with the winning designer for these interior pages
These are smaller changes to the home page design and also a price guide. I will be asking for these to be deisgned, from the chosen designer, before I choose their design and the price of an extra $30-50 each design. It is less as this is a much easier job!

• 1. must be based on what I have designed- I keep getting designers send me something completely different than what I have asked - this project should be easy! I am giving you the layout... Please have a look at the PDF attached to see what it should look like - more information on the links above about what I am looking for.
  
  2. it must be compatible for my word press coders to use it. E..G if it does not fit into the Wordpress dimensions I will need you to amend the dimensions at no extra cost.
  
  3. it must look like it is very modern
  
  4. shadowing / sparkle etc to make it stand out
  
  5. font should be easy to read and fun
  
  6. must be given to me so I can give it to my wordpress programers and they can use it for the site (sorry - don't really know how to say this well--- I just don't want something that my web guys cannot use for a mobile compatible website with a wordpress platform)

  - what I do not want is a pretty picture - in a flat layer - that is impossible to be created into a website with a wordpress platform. I need a programer to be able to take it and work with it -
