Brief de Design Graphique

Hi,

I need three images designed for a web site. They will be used as buttons. If you goto http://www.proanalytics.ie/ you will see three image buttons on the home page. (One of man, one of a family and one of a woman). I need three identical sized buttons, one to have the text "BI Consultancy", one "Managed Near-Shore" and one "SSAS Performance" (Same font etc)

I am thinking of a jigsaw solution, where the text is the missing piece of a puzzle. The rest of the pieces are visible but faint in the background. I would like the back ground of the missing piece to be the same green that is used in the site logo. I attach a basic idea of what I am looking for. Forget about the hand and the piece held by the hand, it is the missing piece that I want the attention on, with some of the surrounding pieces.

I would like the design to blend with the general design of the rest of the site. I am happy to receive 1 PSD and I can do the other two buttons as I will just have to edit the text for those. NB - I use Photoshop elements, not full Photoshop, but that shouldn't make a difference.

I am open to an totally alternative design if you wish.
