Could you be more specific about the heading is it for general use and interested for it to show in all documents such as on a letterhead? or a product sheet?

It is to be used on letterhead for general documents use.  Should include company address and contact info.

Due to the file designed in the newer version of illustrator I am unable to retrieve the accurate logo. Anyway to save it as an outline since I see it as typeface logo? (am using cs4 version of Illustrator)

I am assuming the size is 8.5 by 11? There is four variations of the logo are you aiming for color or black and white?
