Brief de Design de Logo

I would like a new logo for my career counselling company called "Career Sense Ltd". The tagline for the company is "Making sense of your future".

I work with clients to help them understand what career directions suit them best by understanding themselves and matching this to the world of work. I would like to see designs that communicate ideas about new futures (careers), beginnings, opportunities, hope and clarity. I would like this logo to appeal to teenagers and younger adults (15-30 yrs), but also be appropriate to older adults.

Ideally I would like this to be blue or able to be printed on a blue background, but am open to other ideas.
