thanks to everyone who hasbeen participating.  really great work all around and i'm very excited.   i've been sending feedback on an individual basis but thought everyone would benefit from what I've been saying....

I'm really into the logo as a wordmark rather than an initial mark.  GP just doesn't really do anything.

I really liked the way that Cubix placed the spire on top of the A.  A very clever way of working in Manhattan in an understated and elegant way without being too obvious. 

I also liked the way Fanolj turned the O into a lens with just the simple highlight curve and i also liked the way Cubix added the shutter leaves as well.  Subtlety will rule the day here.

Fableworks had a great idea with the tripod and the building but i think that it's difficult to make that into a "high end logo".

I also especially liked the fonts that bluejet, cubix and iris used.  I liked Iris' incorporation of a font that made the letters like buildings.

Anglea had a very interesting idea with the skyline and the moon.  Tough to make it high end I think, but very cool and clever.  There's probably alot of room to play with that and integrate the copy with the silhouette too but it's beyond my ability to really envision.  It'd be a challenge to keep that looking "money" but who knows...

anyway, keep up the great work.  this is my first time with designcrowd and i'm very impressed.
