Brief de Design de Logo

Our company recently had a logo designed for our residential real estate business. We've now expanded to offering commercial real estate and need a logo for our new division.

I've attached our current residential logo and file for colors.

We would like to see if you can try to match the colors in the current logo with the new one?

We would like the wording to read:
1st/2nd Line: CONSUMER REAL ESTATE SOLUTIONS
Last Line: COMMERCIAL DIVISION

Can you create different variations of the logo for our use also?
* One with the logo to the left and the wording on one straight line to the right of the logo.
* Also one that leaves off the Commercial Division wording
* provide the logo and the wording in separate files also.

We would like words "Commercial Division" in red.

Also, no houses or roofs or windows since this is for our commercial properties logo. We want something contemporary but traditional. We need to stand out from the competition since we are a smaller company. We will be using this online, in print, on shirts, and promotional items like coffee mugs, pens, and more.
