Brief de Design de Logo

I first posted this a loooong time ago, before I really knew what I wanted, and could give clear direction. Which is why I never picked anything - I didn't know what I wanted. BUT! My business is no longer in concept stage. It's happening and I've got a lot more clarity now.

I'd like a symbol that incorporates the a silhouette of the right side of the queen chess piece in the image i've attached. It'd be nice if it could somehow play on/interact with/be a part of the G in Gambit. That chess piece is an integral part of my brand identity, so it should be recognizable. I'd like the word Gambit to be large, with Coaching & Consulting as smaller subtext.

That being said, I'm not a designer - I don't know how to make this look good. Totally open to great ideas. I'm looking for a simple, elegant image to be used in high end professional settings.
My brand colors are 4c7281, 242729, eae6e3, b2c6c9

I'd like inverse images as well. So the symbol (from the side of the chess piece) and text is a light color on a darker background, and then flipped the other way also. I need something to use everywhere - business cards, letterhead, website, etc.

I'm looking to close this project out in the next week (or two at the most.)
