Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for product recognition. I plan on using this logo locally at bait shops on cozies, window decals, and possible tee-shirts. I would like to incorporate an old world pirate compass with a modern day pirate head in the middle. The lettering could either be split on both sides or top to bottom.
