Brief de Design Graphique

We need a graphic design to our new CV templates for our consultants. We are a small young Danish upcoming IT-business company making software solutions for our customers etc. You can visit our new website here: dev.it-kartellet.com, then you can see our web design, colors etc. I have attached a file for your inspiration :-) In the presentation I would like to have a picture of the employee, some text who descripe the profile/consultant and then I imagine that there is a table where we can write the employee's skills etc.

I would like the design to be "fresh & catchy" :-)
