Brief de Design Publicitaire

Hello creative people. We need to develop an advertisement that can be resized and reshaped as a generic advertisement for print. The immediate need is an advertisement that is high res and 97 x 140mm + 3mm bleed all sides.
The advertisement needs to use the existing logo and match business card designs to a certain degree. It must include the following information

* Electrical Contractors specialising in:
• LED lighting
• Safety switches & surge protection
• Home renovations
• New home builds
• Repairs & rewires
• Smoke detectors
• Testing & tagging

I am looking for something clever that catches the eye. It needs to keep with the existing colour scheme of blue, black and white with the glowing 'lit up'effect

PLEASE NOTE I require 140mm high & 97mm wide + 2mm bleed on all edges, some of the submissions have got it the wrong way around :-) Thank you
