Brief de Design de Logo

Need logo design for my Marketing consulting business, Spearhead Marketing.

I choose the name Spearhead Marketing because of the strength of the name and the definition behind it - a person, thing, or group that organizes or leads something (such as a movement or attack) a leading element, force, or influence in an undertaking or development

My business:
I offer a variety of Marketing, all results based and growth driven. I work with clients to determine the correct marketing mix for their business and help them execute programs designed with the needed structure to determine crucial data metrics and success factors during and at the conclusion of the project. I can assist customers with the whole process or just one part of the project, whatever their needs may be. I am a direct marketer, marketing analyst, brand manager and project management expert.

I want something strong but still approachable. I am an individual but also a professional, however I don't want to seem corporate. I like the look of spears and I would like one to be part of the logo. On a side note, when I think of spears I association them with the ocean not land. I am NOT trying to associate the business/look with American Indian culture at all. It's about leadership, trust and authenticity.
