Brief de Design de Logo
Basically, the plan is to unite our two companies under the one brand. This new brand is called ‘Attic Conversions’ which we have a business name already registered.
We want a new fresh image i.e. New Logo for ‘Attic Conversions’. The only thing we would like to maintain is the ‘Attic’ roof pictured on our websites and email signatures.

As a designer you have flexibility with colours, fonts, layout and positioning and anything else I haven’t thought of. The design will be used on websites, trucks, letterheads, business cards and other marketing and business collateral. It will be the style that we would follow regarding colour and style on all of our marketing material which we hope will further cement our strong brand.
Marché(s) Cible(s)
Home owners, real estate investers.
We are the most prestigious attic design and construction company since 1975 and are proud to be the original company operating within Australia. We have a growing need to modernise and unify our image to not only solidify our brand to attract new biz but also distinguish ourselves from the growing number of smaller but increasingly abundant competition.

- The design must include the existing attic imagery (though open to seeing some modifications on this, my gut tells me it will remain basically the same though).
Please note that the successful Designer MUST also provide a ‘style guide’. Which will provide us the colour codes, font names or files and anything else relating to the design. This will enable us to replicate this for any future print or digital solutions that we engage.
