Brief de Design Application

We need a graphic design for a Touch Screen interface to control generators on Superyachts. We have a layout of the control system worked out, but need nice graphics to go with it.
The graphics comes down to a 300x460px App that i replicate several times on my 15" touchscreen as required.
See attached images.
The interface is divided up into 4 sections:
• Section#1 - 4 rectangles for the control
• Section#2 - a vertical bar graph,
• Section#3 - a section to display custom information
• Section#4 - a circuit breaker symbol.
The dimensions in pixels must be as per the attached image.
SECTION#1:
The 4 control rectangles correspond to 4 control modes:
• STOP – colours based on RED
• RUN – colours based on ORANGE
• RUN ONLINE – colours based on GREEN
• AUTO – colours based on BLUE
• THE TEXT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE ON THE GRAPHICS, WE JUST NEED THE BACKGROUND FOR THE TEXT, I ADD THE TEXT LATER USING SOFTWARE.
Each control rectangle needs to have 3 clearly identifiable states:
• Active/Selected (this is the currently active mode)
• Not Active/Not Selected (this mode is available but not currently active)
• Unavailable (this mode is not available)
SECTION#2:
The vertical bar graph design only needs the outline/frame of the bar graph. The actual moving part can be left blank; I will add that in later using an animation.
SECTION#3:
Free to look good as you want. See attached image for reference.
Within section#3 (at the top) is a 40x240px subsection, and should simply by 2 states, green or 'background colour of section#3 '. (green for when the generator is running, blend with the rest of section#3 when it is not). There are about 10 different texts I add on top of that square using software, corresponding to the status of the generator (starting, deloading, synchronizing, etc.)
SECTION#4:
Graphical representation of an electrical switch. Can be in two positions: opened or closed. See attached image as reference.
