Brief de Design Wordpress

We need a wordpress design for a new company based in Belgium called Talentwins. We propose HR consultancy services focused on employees' engagement (motivation). We target corporations from 100 to 1000+ employees mainly in Europe.
We need a new design for our existing website (www.talentwins.eu).
We find the current design too static and outdated and we are looking for a more appealing look & feel.
Nevertheless, it has also to be sober.
The colours of the logo (dark blue, purple and light grey) should be preferrably used.
The content structure and the texts remain the same.
