Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a startup company based in Australia called "Nu Life Media". We are setting up a network of digital media displays, located within retail shops. We are looking to set up digital advertising displays, video walls and/or projection screens that will be displayed within retail shops that are capable of supporting third party advertising.
We would like a logo that use professional colours - dark blue, grey, white, red, etc.
We have a related company's logo that we want to use as a base. The final design should communicate reliability and safety, whilst still giving the impression that the company is leading edge, exciting and new.

Designing an image that is similar to the character in the attachment would be great. The character should be installing a TV, preferably a flat panel tv.
