Brief de Design de Logo

Bandudra+ is a Human Resource Consulting Business with emphasis on 1) "the people" (employees) and 2) HR compliance. We are located in central Kansas and will target Employers with 100 employees or less but could also go larger.
I have attached the following files:
BANDURA Plus - describes why that name was selected
A Proposal example
Four Website Pages (in process)
A copy of the cards (VERY Disappointing as designed by a local design / printer :( )
Andreini Cover (2) - an associated biz we represent whose colors / image we like (will be linked to website)
Renaissance Financial - another associated company who uses similar colors in a professional display
HRS Forms - Vista Print templates currently using

From the examples we'd like to use the dark red, manila beige and/or gray to carry the colors thru in a consistent manner.

We'd like the logo to be easily recognized among the competition.

We want the font to be large enough to be easily read and reproduced.

When working with a Strategic Business Planner and designer we are unable to make this "POP" and come together. We have used VistaPrint for a number of years and have never been disappointed! Work your magic!!!

• Don't mind the design of the current biz card (as attached) but it needs something to add pizzazz! The website is moving forward as is but we need an identity to pull the paper pieces together with Biz Cards, Letterhead and Forms.
