Brief de Design Wordpress

I need a complete website for a property management company in Texas. Our current site (www.kingrealtyandmanagement.com) needs to be revamped. My goal is to have a design that appeals more toward residential real estate investors rather than tenants. I would like the site to be more clean and business like. There is a lot of good content on the site that can be used; information about the company, services, etc. The main contact that focuses on real estate investors can be found on the investors and management tabs.

A sample site that I like can be found at: www.skygrouptexas.com. I like it because it's clean, professional and easy to use. Hopefull this helps as a guide. I however, want this site to be unique.

I have GoDaddy hosting services and also homestead hosting services already set up.
