I appreciate that there is still time for submissions, be we conducted a panel meeting today to review the designs - hopefully making the final decision a little easier.

Truth be told, today was very, very difficult. If I have just eliminated your design, it made it through to this stage even though myself and a couple of colleagues have been ''sifting'' as we''ve gone through.

There is some exceptional talent, delivering some really innovative designs. Elimination today, almost without exception, was based on that elusive and subjective ''feel. It was especially painful as some of you have really supported us and submitted several revisions to only be rejected at this stage. I am grateful for all the work you have put in to this - though in the end, a final decision has to be made.

Once again, thank you to a wonderful community for giving us the opportunity to see so many fresh perspectives.
