Thank you for the invite. I will submit a design for you, I don't normally accept non-guaranteed brief's for many reasons but copyright and goodwill would be the major ones and its not encouraging for designers who put lots of energy and creative thinking into a contest knowing that the project could be withdrawn and the opportunity of "chance" removed.
