Brief de Design de Logo

I would like to create a new logo to brand my website - www.leadershipheartcoaching.com Leadership Heart Coaching is my two year old coaching business where I target New and Emerging Leaders.

I believe the best leaders lead with their hearts - hence why I selected the name. I want my brand to demonstrate heart, empathy, honesty, and authenticity, as well as new, growth, and emerging. One point, I recognize these words can easily represent femininity and I want to make sure the logo appeals to both sexes - if that makes sense?? (No cupids shooting arrows).

As for colors, I am partial to earth tones, maybe light greens.
