Emulsify – The Oil & Vinegar Experience

Overview of Company
1. Emulsify is a specialty food retailer offering a multitude of High Quality, Artisan Olive Oils from around the world, as well as flavored vinegar. It is an "experience" because customers are able to sample nearly all products prior to purchase.
2. The target market is an upscale “foodie” type. Both male and female clients alike. Most likely quite health conscious, into cooking and preparing meals.

Project Goals
1. This is a new store launch. Since it is mainly a bricks and mortar company, the logo will need to lend itself well to;
1. Store signage - awning
2. Window decals
2. It would be great if it could incorporate some style related to oil and vinegar. Examples being a whisk and bowl/bottle, bottles with bubbly liquid, Olives, Olive Tree
3. The main goal of the logo, is to draw attention, yet be flexible enough to use across various media.

Project Requirements
We have no specific color swatches to start with, however it should be “natural” tones. The will be furnished with a combination of steel fustis and wood shelving. In all likelihood the flooring will also be Hardwood. The store awning is a dark brown, and we would most likely want to iron or paint on the logo. So use of light shades may be preferable.

Project Budget and Deadline
1. The project budget is $300
2. The deadline is October 19th
