We are a full-service medical billing company, utilizing state-of-the art software to analyze, code, and electronically bill commercial and government subsidized insurance companies for physicians' services provided to patients. We bill both hospital and private clinics' claims directly to the appropriate carrier, with reduced turn-around times, increased cash flow, and greater profitability to the physician or practice. We customize every client's pricing to their specific practice, and the services they might require. Generally, we operate on a percentage basis of the allowed charges for particular procedure, but also can arrange monthly or per claim pricing. We can manage A/R, and work with a collection company that goes after delinquents. WE ARE NOT A COLLECTION AGENCY, and do not represent ourselves as such. However, our company practices do eliminate much of the need for such.
We follow up, follow up, and follow up until a claim is paid in full, according to contractual schedules. We also eliminate the practice's need to spend hours on the phone to resolve unpaid claims, thus reducing labor, equipment, and computer costs. In essence, more money to the bottom line for the practice.
However, we almost never gain a client without a meeting. There are many online services, but our strength is personal relationship. The owner ALWAYS meets with the doctors or office manager. Our success depends on getting the practice paid in full for their services. (Which we do 99.2% of the time).
We also offer notary service, when needed.
