Brief de Design de Logo
We need a logo design for a new online store selling a variety of different jewellery collections. Jewellery ranges from "read to wear" costume jewellery to high-end customized pieces.
The logo needs to be sophisticated, elegant i.e unning writing or a romantic feel of text and clean. Please avoid the cliches (eg: diamonds, sparkles in fact anything with a sign or symbol as i would like to make my initials or full name the key focus).
Key colours should be black, white, navy, creames and metallics (not all in in the same design). The logo will be used on the website homepage and watermarks on images.
For a different approach i also do like French Venetian themes i.e Block background of pin striped navy blue and cream stripes with red text. Use your imagination however this will be a unisex website with unisex jewellery so nothing too feminine or masculine.
While the "logo text" has been listed as "Alena Caras", I am open to designs that feature the initials "AC" as the focus.
I have selected "Wordmark" and "Lettermark" designs as my preference.
Please feel free to show your creativity, and as a final note I am looking for something EDGY and EYE CATCHING!
Even though I requested elegant, it CAN'T be boring...

Hello all
For extra inspiration i wanted to note that I love Samantha Willis's logo - it's simple black and white - matches with lots. I particularly like the way her initials have been grouped into what looks like a magnifine glass lens and zoomed out so the letter get a bit distorted. I am also a fan of Peter Langs logo also. These are both jewellery designers whom have very similar looks, feel and style to my jewellery. So i want to stand out from them! I also love the idea of using both my initials and my full name so i can in future use either one on packaging and media attention.
I like logos that have more than meets the eye. It has to be intriguing and unique - i'm looking for that little bit extra WOW factor. This will be the face of my company and you guys are the one's that decide its fate! Love all your work so far - absolutely incredible. Keep it up!
