Brief de Design de Logo

I own a childrens Consignment sale. The objective is for people to see the great items they will get by shopping at my sale. I want the logo to be for a more upscale audience. I want a blonde headed girl with long blonde hair with a flower in her hair carrying a fishing pole with a rather LARGE fish hook. The fish hook would be hooked to a wagon or cart filled with nice clothes,books,toys,games etc. The girl would have just finished up shopping at a Consignment Sale so she would be wearing some comfy Toms type shoes . My company is a Kids Consignment Sale. I want the design to be hip,shabby chic, with fun colors. I would like for the wagon or cart to say Hooked on Consignment Sale. A little boy would be sitting in the wagon and could be eating ice cream or holding a balloon or kite while sitting in the cart. Inside the kite or balloon would say I'm Hooked. If the girl could have long blonde hair,flower in her hair, and maybe wearing a fun apron.
