Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for my start up accounting firm "Katie Pledger Accountants" specialising in taxation, business advisory services and management accounting. My slogan is "Partnering you in Business" and I would like options of having solely the business name and then the business name with the slogan in the design to see what works.
I want to attract clients that see the value in the accounting services I can offer. I want to be an extension of my clients business (SME's), provide exceptional support, solutions and help them reach their business goals.
I am in my early 30's and I am looking for a logo that is professional, fresh, clean and not too busy.
Beachside location in regional Australia.
I am drawn to a colour scheme of shades of blue and grey to reflect trust, integrity, ethics and knowledge.
I have attached a logo design that I found online that I was immediately drawn to.
I am very open to other alternatives should the designers have better ideas that will encompass the direction of my business.
Last point, having options which can work on a black or dark grey as well as a white background
