Brief de Design En-Tête

I need a letterhead and email footer for my personal coaching business, Brett M Logan Professional Coaching. I send several attachments to new clients (such as welcome letter, fee structure, etc) and would like these pages to have my branding on them.
I prefer the black and gold/silver color scheme, and will attach my logo to be used. I'd like the overall impression to be upmarket/regal/professional.

One of the uploaded files is my business card, to give an idea of the style/feel I like. The others are vector files containing logo to be used.
