Brief de Web Design

I have a site already disigned, however at the time I had no clue of how and what my site should look like. Still pretty cluless but I know I need to make some fundamenlal changes. I'm looking fora designer who understands how to connect with the cosumer with a ballance of visual and content with SEO in mind.I have a lot of content ready to be added to the mix, just missing alot of bottons for the content for example I have FAQ content but no FAQ botton. There are a lot of things I would like to add and take away from the current site. Here is a list of what I would like to add and subtracted from the site.Take away the find botton and ad contact us change the about botton to about ugofitness,under that botton i want bottons that lead to News/Events,carreer opertunities,contact us and priacy policy. I also want to add Services offered: personal training,Motivational speeking ,bootcamp conditioning,zumba,kickboxing cardio,and hip hop cordio. I want to add a botton for testimonials:video and written. I need to add a blog botton, a FAQ botton, and before and after. I want to add a social media botton: facebook, instagram,tweeter,thumbtack,youtube,and four square. I need to add a store botton; T shirts. I would like the contact info the be linked to my email. and I would like would like at the top of contact form to read Request a free info session Now!!! But I don't need a new design I need to add these thing to the one I already have whitch is CMS based
