Brief de Design de Carte de Visite

[Update: Deadline extended as per designer request. I will pay for price for the cards because i'm excited by what i'm seeing from you all!]

I will pick the winner by 11pm PST Sunday 09/23/12 because that's when Moo Specialty Printing (http://www.moo.com/share/k8rnbr) ends their 25% off sale. Feel free to check out the site and design accordingly. Design is much more important than money so their classic, luxe, or glossy (with or without rounded corners) options are all at your disposal. I would prefer matte so that people can write on the card. I will be providing feedback and communicating all throughout the weekend.

[Background] I took over my family's business and am trying to take it to the next level. I want to specialize in international, luxury, resort, and higher-end properties so I need a business card that's impactful enough to keep and memorable enough that people will take action and call me when they need a Realtor. After I become more successful, I want to start a nonprofit that helps teachers and other people who influence their communities positively find housing at great prices while donating the proceeds to positive causes. I am smart, young, resourceful, determined, and always trying new things.

[Business] I need my business to stand out from all of the other real estate businesses in Los Angeles, CA (My home city is Arcadia, CA but I live in Torrance, CA). My business card needs to be "high-end luxury without excluding anyone", simple, professional, impactful, memorable, and something worth keeping in a wallet or pocket. I am currently CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), RSPS (Resort & Second Home Property Specialist), and TRC (Transnational Referral Certification) certified with the NAR (National Association of Realtors). I started a website at www.GoldenLandInc.com and will have it crowd designed for a better look. I paid to be a Pro Agent on Trulia.com and a Premier Agent on Zillow.com. I am on the cutting edge of real estate technology and currently use digital signatures & documents whenever possible.

• [Text] The design needs to have my name "William Tong". I would prefer to have the text "CIPS, RSPS, TRC" after my name (William Tong, CIPS, RSPS, TRC), but it is optional.
  
  It should also have my phone number "(626) 888-1353" and email "William@GoldenLandInc.com".
  
  It should also have my business name "Golden Land Investments & Financial, Inc." or "Golden Land Inv. & Financial, Inc." with my title "Broker" / "President" (If only using one, Broker is more important).
  
  All California Realtors must have their license number "No less than the smallest size font used". Use this number: "DRE #01903501".
  
  I would also like my website: www.GoldenLandInc.com and the facebook and twitter logos if used (twitter logo optional).
  
  [Colors] In terms of colors, I would like red and gold to be used prominently, but not overwhelmingly so. A rich blue could be a third color. Please feel free to use any other colors if you feel it would add to the luxurious and and memorable look.

• 1) I would really like it if my logo could be incorporated into the design. As my logo has words in it, it might be better just to use the rose design for space issues. I know lots of Realtors like to have their face on the card. I would prefer not to have mine, but I have included pictures of me for your use. Feel free to photoshop my head onto suits, shirts, whatever as long as the background is improved.
  
  2) The other side of the card needs to be impactful. Either a picture that tells a story (related to real estate, luxury, trustworthiness, etc.) or a Chinese version of the English side with traditional Chinese characters).
  
  3) Maybe a background picture of the San Gabriel Mountains, an infinity pool at sunset / sunrise, etc on the front or the back. Something luxury or resort real estate related.
  
  4) It would be nice to have my Mortgage Loan number "NMLS #818379" in the same font as my DRE number, but it's not necessary.
  
  5) I would also like to have a small "Realtor logo" if possible, maybe next to my DRE number. If you're going to use a stock logo, i'd prefer the blue/gold one in the google images search.
  
  6) An option I offer in real life and would like to offer on my card is $500-$1000 cash to people who successfully refer me to people they know who buy or sell a house. As this information is hard to condense, I do not know if it can fit on the card. Feel free to put any amount from $500-$1000 and any word phrasing if you choose this option.
  
  7) It would be interesting to see this design option: a yin-yang of the front and the back. English on the yin side and Chinese on the yang side. (Yin is black, Yang is white or red). The chinese should be a translation of my english card, detailing my information & services.

• I don't think it should have the actual Facebook and Twitter URLs? Does it clutter up the card? Please give me your opinions on this. I do not want my card to come off as "salesman-ish". I do not want it to seem tacky or cheap. Please do not include illustrations of money bags or gold bullion. No actual yin-yang symbols.
