Brief de Design de T-shirt

I need 4 T-Shirts designs. Each design should be different. These shirts will be worn by our staff (male and female - ages 25 - 35). You should take T-shirt design inspiration from companies such as Urban Outfitters, Uniqlo, Hot Topic, and Torrid.
Your designs should feature a creative use of the artwork. Feel free to deconstruct the artwork so that the key parts are showcased.
Please use both the guy and girl character in the designs. For example, one shirt can feature the guy, one shirt can feature the girl, one shirt can feature both etc.
You can feel free to embellish the artwork as along as it falls with the original look and feel of the design.

I would be great if when coloring in the artwork, you reference the colors used on the webpage. It is critical that this looks like it was created by the same artist.
Consider using some type of texture to some of the negative space on the designs. (see my sketch)
what if some of the artwork from the back, bleeds over to the front? For example, the guy is flying on the back, but we see a part of his cape on the front. (see my sketch example)
