Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for our baking project, which will mainly focus on Gluten-Free French style products. The company is known for it's innovative recipes, not only preserving the taste of our cakes but building up on the flavor.
All the products are made from scratch, using only natural, organic, hand-picked locally sourced ingredients. We don't use any preservatives in our products!!
The logo needs to transpire the company's vocation to thrive in quality, for foodies in general.

• The name of the company is KEIK - not sure if it's going to look better using uppercase or lowercase - u tell me pls.
  
  - Would like to see a simple, not visually polluted yet clever logo that encompasses our main drive to deliver superior taste with healthy ingredients
  
  - Color of the logo must be quite visible and defined
  
  - Perhaps dot above the letter "I" could be a symbol or some kind of sophisticated ornamental mark

Ne doit pas comporter

• definitely don't want to use an obvious picture of a cake...
  Although we make a lot of cakes, we also have some tartlets, cupcakes and other bakery products. So we don't want to make it obvious and narrow the logo down to cakes only.
  We also don't want anything kitschy in our logo. Clean, simple and elegant design, as our products.
