Salable color scheme with blue, silver/grey and maybe gold. Futuristic, but will not date easily. Require complete package of business cards, brochures, vehicle signage, website shortly after the logo is complete. Require all files in Illustrator or EPS format. All vector graphics. Highest quality required. The homes being designed are completely electric, with EV charging stations in the garages. Made from eco friendly materials and very fast to construct. They are comfortable all year due to clever predictive automation systems.
