Project invites sent to me are accepted ONLY if "Payment is Guaranteed",as stated in my designer profile. I believe I am

speaking for most of the serious hard working designers out here. We have all had bad experiences with non-guaranteed

projects. Most designers have found that we not only put in long hours of our time on the work itself, but after several

refinements requested from the client still no payout, no feedback, no winner. Most of the non-guaranteed projects not only

get extended time after time for periods of up to 2 months but in the end the client will collect enough ideas to take our

work and go get the job done by a local Graphics Designer in his area. We have seen this happen over and over again. If you

would like serious designers participation would you please guarantee the project out of repect for all of us. Thank You
