Brief de Design Infographie

We need a flyer to distribute to new and existing tenants in our office park which explains our Green Initiatives. Centennial Lakes Office Park is a Class A office park consisting of 5 commercial buildings and about 100 tenants. Some of our clients include Microsoft, Ameriprise and Wells Fargo.

Here are the Green Initiatives we need to convey in this flyer:
1. All buildings Energy Star rated in 2009
2. Lighting and Energy Initiatives:
a.) Motion sensors added to all electrical and janitorial closest, storage areas and executive parking garages b.) Relamp from a 32W to a 28W bulb for all 2x4 fixtures in tenant offices and building common areas c.) Stairways relamped to 25W
d.) Relamped from T12 to T8 and LEDS in elevator cabs
e.) Relamped to LEDs in Elevators Lobby
f.) Relamped Restrooms to Compact Fluorescent

3. Plumbing: installed aerators on restroom faucets at .5 gallon per minute

4. Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) Energy Management System programming engineered for best performance. Secondly, all rooftop units have VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) which controls fan speed for optimal efficiency.

5. Irrigation Systems all have rain sensors

6. Comprehensive recycling program includes the recycling of plastic, glass, cans, all types of paper, and cardboard. Secondly, construction recycling is required and captures about 70% for recycling

7. Implemented green contracts with janitorial, window cleaning, and pest control.

8. Sustainable purchasing procedures include items such as green cleaning products for janitorial and window cleaning

9. Annual Building Events such as a Book Swap where tenants donate used books in exchange for another book and the Commuter Fair which partners with community partners: 494 Commuter Services and the MTC Metro Transit System.

10. 2013 earth day celebration will include a green fair, recycling awareness, education, commuting options, and several educational awareness events
