Brief de Design de Logo

I would like a logo design for a new trendy function venue opening in the winery region of the Clare Valley South Australia. I would like a fairly basic design and am imagining cursive writing and some kind of image which is a play on the curly goose i.e either curly feather or an appropriate image of a curly goose. It needs to be trendy, but also classy enough as this venue will be used for everything from weddings and parties through to corporate dinners and events. I was thinking of either black and white but would be open to colour being used also. I have attached some examples of logos I like the style of. We are looking for something catchy, trendy but still with a lot of class.
