Brief de Web Design

Re design and optimization of a website for pension Te Miti, a b&b in Tahiti, French Polynesia.

We have a website already : www.pensiontemiti.com

The general idea is to create a new site that is colorful, young and with an exotic, tropical feel since we are on a beautiful island.

The website will be in three languages, all the text is already available on our website, nothing changes.

All pages must have the name of the website (pension te miti b&b) our address, mail and phone number
It would be nice to have a link to our mail from every page

Sections have to be easy to update : text and pics

The sections needed are :

- Home page (accueil)

- Prices (tarifs)

- Bookings (reservations) = link to our mailbox : pensiontemiti@mail.pf )

- Pictures : in three separate categories that will pop up on this page : 1/ pics of the b&b 2/ pics of the surroundings 3/ customer's pics (we'll give new pics, not the current ones)

- Map of Tahiti : we'd like one map that we'll give you and also a Google map with our location, date and local time would be great

- Links (liens)

We let you see what would look best for the top banner and the switches, matching the logo and the pictures, make it nice and tropical !!
We have a few layouts that we did, maybe you will have a better idea of what we want by looking at them, if you can use them and have a good overall feel


We'd like to remind you guys that Tahiti is a dream destination, so you have to come up with something that the visitors will go : wow !!

We cater for backpackers to mid range accommodations and families, it all about a relaxed friendly atmosphere here !


NOTE THAT WE DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT PROGRAMMING AND CODING SO IT AS TO BE READY TO GO ON-LINE, ALL YOUR HELP IS APPRECIATED !!!
Also in Tahiti, the
INTERNET is quite low bandwidth so optimization is a must !
