Brief de Design Wordpress

We currently have a Blogger themed blog to capture our cycling teams trials and tribulations. (www.teampansj.be). We want this migrated to a wordpress theme and a proper-clean-no-clutter layout done for the blog.

We need to have a couple of design elements incorporated into the overall design. (e.g twitter feeds, weather forecasts, calendar with upcoming events of the team, and we need to allow each member of the team to add blog entries).

It is essential that the overall design of the blog-layout remain very clean, but well integrated!

• twitter feed - both feeds from people we follow and our own twitter updates need to appear here
  weather forecast - for next few days of our region
  calander for upcomming events of the team - and overview of team mates holidays (which they add themselves, overlaid)
  access for all members to add blog entries, foto's, video, comments on blog posts...
  
  somewhere on the right hand side of the blog, the sponsors logo's muct appear... I want to be able to change these if we get new sponsors...
  
  "like us on Facebook" link needed as well.
