we need a front page graphic and then may use it for other applications.

the graphic should be the same size as the uploaded picture, and the graphic can fit inline with our website and can be fun playful and use the words "BOOM TIME" and or" Arm of Excellence" it should show someone riding on the boom, maybe a cartoon type depiction of someone using the boom .
