Brief de Design de Logo

Needing a logo design for a new beauty therapist recruitment agency in Melbourne.
I really like the look of Bassike's logo. Simple, bold, eye catching. I had a friend make up a logo for me that I did like, but felt it needed something else. (Both attached) These are the ideas I like, but am totally open for interpretation. I like the black and white, but feel it also needs a pop of colour somewhere.
Feel free to go crazy as I said, I am definitely open to interpretation!! :)
*** I want the logo and then the slogan underneath or on it somewhere, maybe a little smaller, which says 'Linking therapists to salons' ****

The final design should communicate professionalism, The number one agency- A superior business, A pioneer in this area of the beauty industry, growth, quality, efficiency, consistency.

First and foremost it is for business cards/stickers/flyers. It will be splashed all over my website and social media as well. i like the idea od embossing on a business card. While I realise this is in the printing process, I would like something that will look fantastic embossed.
I will be needing signage for office windows and my cars too. Could please mock it up on a business card and also a car so I could get an idea of the end result?

At the moment, I have no competition, but attached is an example of my indirect competition -Salon Staff. Its similar label to what I have had drawn up, so am open to whatever - similar or totally different.
My target audience is mostly professional female therapists aged between 18-37 years and salon owners- Male and female 20-50 years of age.
