Brief de Design de Brochure

We are looking to create a tri-fold brochure (8.5x 11 double sided) for our Ownersite for Fleets product. Ownersite for Fleets provides comprehensive web-based and mobile vehicle maintenance management solutions to enhance the safety, reliability and value of its customers’ personal and commercial assets and vehicles. Our users have maintained more than 260 million miles of service records using the solution to date. Our low cost asset management tools put the advantages usually reserved for large fleet owners into the hands of small business owners for a fraction of the cost.

We would like to see the use of a color palate similar to our website at www.ownersite.com. We would also like to see some of the details (lists) from http://www.ownersite.com/Fleets.cfm in the brochure, including a list of industries using the product. Screenshot (which we can provide) will be useful as well. There are a couple of quotes from customers, as well as values that quantify the use of our product. I can supply all of these details when appropriate.

Ownersite for Fleets is utilized by companies with vans, light duty trucks, cars, etc. It is not a product for over-the-road trucking companies (i.e. 18 wheelers), so please do not include those in your design.

• A box somewhere on the brochure to add a special discount code. (i.e. if we print up a version of the brochure for a specific tradeshow, we can put a sticker somewhere with a promo code that does not cover up important content)

• 18-wheeler or semi-trucks. This is not our target market.
