Brief de Design Illustration

We need an illustration to use in a presentation.
NOVO has an important, heavy, difficult flag to carry on, that reads "Estado Menor" ( small government). This flag is heavy, so NOVO is sweating and working hard to carry it to the top of a hill. NOVO's supporters, who should be helping them carry that flag, instead wants NOVO to carry other flags that they find important, such as "Legalize-já" (for drug legalization), "Casamento Gay" (for gay marriage), "Aborto" for abortion rights, and others, unidentified. We are looking for an illustration that tells this story. A good reference is Kal's cartoons for The Economist.
