Thank you so much for the invite. I do have a couple of questions. Do you have any colors you would like or does it not matter as it will be on a branding iron? What type of drums would you like to see in the logo?

Thank you for your rsvp! Just black is fine and some shading would be cool. I can have the logo simplified for a branding iron, but for t-shirts, business cards, and so on, shading could look nice. I''m not necessarily looking to have any drums in the logo. The logo will be put onto the drum. Experiment with whatever you want though. Don''t be afraid to send multiple drafts if you want.

If it helps with your imagery, the kind of drums I build are drum sets and snare drums.

If you design the logo I''m wanting then yes I can guarantee payment. If not then there is no payment.

You see, the problem that we have had with these kinds of projects is that the project owners will sometimes not pick a winner from the submissions posted. Instead, they will open up a new project with guarunteed payment after the first project is over and describe the best ideas from the first project in the new design brief. We do not like to sent on wild goose chases, Me and my partner have worked countless hours on these types of projects and never seen payment for them, it is simply not worth our time anymore.

WBernier, I''ve been working with all the artists that have submitted on getting exactly what I want. I don''t have time to wait for another contest. I need a logo before next week. If you don''t want to participate I understand, no hard feelings!
