Maritime Place is the marketing name for the development.
The site is historically important and was built during the 1880's by Paley and Austin architects.
The logo should consider the historical connection, be attractive and appealing to a wide range of people.
The purpose of the branding is to promote the regeneration of the area, promote the sale of the apartments and create a community spirit for the locals.
