Brief de Design de Newsletter

During Summer 2014, a new web site for the Irish in London will launch - www.craic-it.com. The purpose of the site is to list all Irish-related activities happening in London inc gigs, sport, arts and culture, business and networks, community, meetups etc.

Each month the database will be sent a monthly e newsletter.
We have linked up with an individual who has been producing a monthly newsletter for some time. The format of his letter is a standard email featuring loads of links and copy. Content rich but with no order or visuals. (copy attached). His newsletter is called 'Willie Leaks Monthly' and we're going to stick with the name because it gets people's attention. However, it will be a Craic-It product.

We want the newsletter template to feature an iconic image of Willie, who is the writer of the newsletter. Think of him as a incognito, a spy or a mole. He's mysterious...So, the Willie Leaks image for the template needs to reflect this.

The newsletter template design can't be too corporate or too casual as the audience is broad spectrum. It has to be original.

Please note - no shamrocks, leprechauns required though the use of the colour green, in some way, would be good.

Bien d'avoir

• Create a Wiilie Leaks image that suggests he's mysterious detective. Maybe a silouette of a man in a trench coat and fedora hat? We want the newletter to have a personality.
  
  I've included an image of such a character below. Like the siihouette only and the 'Cool Clean Hero' which could be changed to 'Willie Leaks'
