Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design including the Company name: PSC SEARCH&CONSULTING. Also just the words PSC SEARCH could be optional. The Company is focusing on recruitment in Life Science and small (so far just me) after working for some international companies . Key words for my work with clients and candidates will be: Quality, Agility, Respect and Integrity.
I'm preparing a webpage where the dominant color will be Green.
