RoamCal is an online platform that aims to provide a truly local experience to travelers by bridging them with the locals who will bring the traveler explore their country.
The logo should portrait ideas of fun, exciting, colorful, modern , unique, interesting travel experience.

Please visit www.roamcal.com to take a look of the website color theme. I don't required you to use both green and orange as the theme color. I am perfectly fine if you want to use e.g orange + black etc to design. Small/Big Caps letter is up to your design. The most important things is the logo should portriat the site as interesting, exciting and modern Traveling portal.
My preferred design will be similar to http://www.freshbooks.com/
>>> where you can play around with some words. And also having an icon e.g. leave in freshbook case (to give the idea of fresh)

>>> it play around with the work "o" and portrait it as a people icon to indicate workforce (odesk are providing online manpower)
