Brief de Design de Logo

I have three things I want done.
1.Logo banner for my website. You can currently see it here. http://www.greystash.com. The Mariah image is the template image. I have an image Blinky Bill -upload) that I have been using for my publications and I would like to see this used as part of the logo. However I would like it to look quite similar to the Mariah template logo.
The logo size for the web needs to be 401(w) x 124(h) (PSD Template logo uploaded) .
The three colours that are being used on this site are.
Green #8D9969 (most used colour please)
Pink #ffb5ac
Golden-yellow #ffc86e
The website logo needs to say.
